Can I try Learnify before committing?
Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can also start with our Free plan and upgrade anytime.
What are transaction fees?
Transaction fees are a small percentage we charge on each sale. Lower-tier plans have higher transaction fees, while Business and Plus plans have 0% transaction fees. This allows smaller creators to start for free or low cost.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoice-based billing.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
